When more than one suitable service is available, customers can compare the final price and estimated delivery time for each option.
Shipping is charged separately so heavy and temperature-sensitive orders are not assigned an unsuitable flat or free rate.
Free pickup is available by appointment. Customers wait for a Ready for Pickup confirmation and receive the exact address privately.
Eligible London-area addresses can receive a local delivery option when it is available for the order.

If an automatic parcel rate cannot be confirmed, the order will not receive a guessed or free shipping amount. Maple House Foods will review the shipping requirement before final payment.

Maple House Foods confirms pallet count, dimensions, total weight, destination conditions, liftgate, appointment and insurance requirements where applicable.
Approved B2B customers can request a Maple House Foods freight quotation, use their own carrier account, arrange their own carrier or request pickup.
After the freight charge is confirmed, Maple House Foods can send an updated invoice or secure payment link before fulfilment.
International, export and private-label shipping remain quotation-based at launch.
