Website and store
This website is operated by Maple House Foods Inc.. Product availability, prices, shipping services and delivery estimates may change. Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately.
Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Orders remain subject to successful payment (or approved account terms), product availability, fraud/security review and acceptance by Maple House Foods. We may contact a customer when information is incomplete or an order requires review.
Shipping and pickup
Checkout is intended for eligible Canadian destinations. Available parcel services depend on the delivery address and product/package data. Where local pickup is offered, wait for the Ready for Pickup confirmation before arriving.
Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Packaging may change. Customers with ingredient, allergen or dietary concerns should review the current package information and contact Maple House Foods with questions before purchase.
Business accounts
Wholesale Retailer and Distributor access, private pricing, ordering units, payment terms and credit privileges require separate approval. Selecting a business type during registration does not itself grant private pricing or credit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout/security functions, or copy protected site content in violation of applicable rights.
