Terms for approved Maple House Foods Wholesale Retailer and Distributor accounts.

Account approval
Wholesale Retailer and Distributor accounts are manually reviewed. Application does not guarantee approval, credit, exclusivity or protected territory. Until approval, the customer remains on public retail pricing.
Wholesale Retailer orders
The current website rule uses a CAD $250 minimum before tax and shipping. Products may require full-case ordering. Maple House Foods should confirm the final minimum as part of launch sign-off.
Distributor orders
The current website rule requires one mixed pallet. Products may be combined while packaged items remain subject to full-case quantities. Freight is reviewed/quoted separately.
Variable-weight products
Products such as Karaki Jameed may use actual fulfilled weight for approved B2B pricing. The final weight and related order total may be confirmed before the revised invoice or secure payment step.
Payment terms
New business accounts are prepaid / Due on Receipt unless Maple House Foods manually approves different terms. Net 15, invoice payment, bank transfer or credit limits apply only when specifically approved on the account.
Freight, taxes and acceptance
Freight and applicable taxes are additional unless stated otherwise. Orders remain subject to availability, account status, payment/credit conditions and operational review.
